Nestled in the vibrant Midtown Manhattan, The Peninsula New York boasts a prime location. Indeed, it is located near the city’s most renowned attractions: Fifth Avenue, Central Park and the legendary Rockefeller Center.
With convenient access to major transportation hubs like Grand Central Terminal, exploring the city’s cultural landmarks and engaging in world-class shopping becomes effortless and convenient.
Luxurious Accommodations
Immerse yourself in a world of classical luxury, with meticulously designed guest room or suite at The Peninsula New York. We stayed in a Superior Room, around 35 sqm, which was using same design as we could have seen at Peninsula Bangkok. Each space is a sanctuary of sophistication, featuring beautiful furnishings and awe-inspiring views of the dynamic cityscape – but ask for a room with nice view.
Whether you choose a room or an expansive suite, every detail is crafted to ensure a memorable stay. The design is a bit dated I have to say, but the hotel will soon enter in a renovation mode.

This haven of rejuvenation offers an extensive range of luxurious treatments… Including therapeutic massages, revitalizing facials, and holistic body therapies tailored to meet your individual needs.
The serene atmosphere, coupled with the expertise of skilled therapists and the use of premium products, ensures a transformative and rejuvenating experience for your mind, body, and spirit. I particularly enjoyed the gym with its dedicated terrace, overlooking city’s skyscrapers and Fifth Avenue.

From the moment you step foot in the hotel, the warm and gracious hospitality of The Peninsula New York’s team elevates your experience, leaving an indelible impression of exceptional service and creating lasting memories. I really enjoyed Front Desk team who carefully handled an issue I had with the shower and offered me a nice compensation to apologize.

The Peninsula New York originally opened in 1905 as the Gotham Hotel and has been renovated the last time in 2021. It is composed of 241 rooms and suites. We stayed in a Superior Room, around 35sqm, which public rate starts at USD 695/night.
